A Sleek Eyewear Boutique Moves in Next to Trader Joe’s
By Linden Wilson Jobe //
Clean white walls, sleek, black-tile floors, and minimalist decor let the specs speak for themselves at newly opened eyewear boutique Black Optical.
The shop, just a few steps down from Knox-Henderson’s bustling Trader Joe’s, stocks a selection of glasses and sunglasses from labels including Thom Browne, Mykita, Jacques Marie Mage, and Barton Perreira.
This is the first Texas location for owner Gary Black, who launched his brand in 2007 with stores in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
Black Optical, 4525 Cole Ave., Suite 150, 469.899.7559.
