14 Buzzy New Dallas Retail Openings To Know — Exciting Fashion, Wellness, and Home Furnishings Brands Head to Henderson Avenue and Inwood Village
With Several Making Their Texas Debut
By Megan Ziots //
Dallas’ retail scene is truly on a roll this year. The highly anticipated Henderson Avenue development kicked things off this summer by unveiling its first eight retail tenants, and now nine more brands have signed on for the 161,000-square-foot mixed-use project. But the new openings don’t stop there. Just northwest of Henderson Avenue, Inwood Village is also making moves, with new retail arrivals adding to the mix.
From exciting fashion brands to wellness destinations, these are 14 new Dallas retail openings to put on your radar.

Nine New Shops on Henderson Avenue
Joining the fashion and wellness brands (including two Canadian Western brands, as well as Ariat) that were already set to open in Henderson Avenue’s new development are national jewelry, clothing, eyewear, and activewear concepts, with two Texas and four Dallas debuts.
Catbird
Not to be confused with the Dallas bar at The Thompson Dallas, this woman-run sustainable jewelry brand was founded in 2004 by Rony Vardi in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Catbird recently teamed up with indie artist Clairo on a new collection influenced by her discography.
Frankies Bikinis
Like Catbird, this lifestyle clothing brand is brand-new to the Texas market. Founded by Francesca Aiello in 2012, Frankies Bikinis sells designer swimwear and apparel. Fun fact: Aiello just married former NBA star Blake Griffin.

Jenni Kayne, Moscot, and Zadig & Voltaire
California-inspired luxury lifestyle and fashion brand Jenni Kayne is no stranger to Dallas, as it popped up at Highland Park Village back in 2020. It’ll be one of the handful of companies on this list to open its first permanent Dallas store on Henderson Avenue.
That leads to another local first. New York City-based, five-generation family-owned heritage eyewear brand Moscot will make its Dallas debut on Henderson Avenue.
Founded in Paris in 1997 by Thierry Gillier, French fashion brand Zadig & Voltaire will also open its first Dallas store at the development. It’s known for its ready-to-wear clothing and accessories.
Beyond Yoga, Vuori, and Lululemon
One of my favorite activewear brands (everything is so soft!), Beyond Yoga will make its Dallas debut with a permanent store on Henderson Avenue. Fellow activewear brand Vuori will join Beyond Yoga, as well as Lululemon.
Women’s shoe, apparel, and handbag brand Sam Edelman will also open a location at this development.

Inwood Village Expands Retail Offerings
Six new tenants, including previously reported Charlie’s restaurant and LAKE Pajamas (making its Texas debut), are headed to Dallas’ Inwood Village. We just found out that four more retail openings, including a fitness studio, women’s clothing company, outdoor lifestyle brand, and home furnishings concept, are on the way.
LiftHER
Now open, brand-new women-only fitness studio LiftHER offers a personalized, small-group fitness experience. It combines “expert coaching with progressive strength programming in an intimate setting, giving members dedicated equipment, individualized guidance, and the support of a like-minded community.”
BURU
Since 2013, this women’s clothing brand has focused on creating designs that blend style, comfort, and versatility. Designed for the busy woman, BURU “is known for colorful prints, elevated silhouettes, and pieces that seamlessly transition from everyday life to special occasions.” Although not completely unfamiliar to the city, as it’s had previous pop-ups in Dallas, the Inwood Village location will be the first permanent, standalone storefront in Texas.

Ball and Buck
This heritage-inspired outdoor lifestyle brand is rooted in American craftsmanship and sporting tradition. Now open, Ball and Buck relocated from its Knox Street location into an expanded flagship store in Inwood Village. It offers menswear, womenswear, and other outdoor lifestyle collections.
Rejuvenation
Founded in 1977, this Portland-based home furnishings brand is known for its heritage-inspired designs and quality-focused pieces. Now open, it’s Rejuvenation’s first store in DFW. “Originally rooted in architectural salvage, the brand now designs and manufactures many of its lighting fixtures in the U.S., blending classic forms with enduring craftsmanship.” The Dallas location will showcase lighting, hardware, furniture, handpicked vintage pieces, and textiles.
