Dallas Watch Company Teams Up With Iconic Denim Brand For Sweetest Arm Candy Ever
When a Watch is as Comfortable as Your Jeans
By Caroline Hogan //
What happens when an all-about town watch company combines with a vintage, national brand? One thing is for sure: Shoppers are in for a treat and an arm stacked with new candy.
The iconic Lucky Brand is partnering with Dallas-based watchmakers Jack Mason. Their new collection will feature a plethora of men’s and women’s watches designed to reflect the classic, American spirit of the well-known denim giant. After searching high and low, Lucky Brand found the perfect collaborator in Jack Mason.
“When the design teams from Jack Mason and Lucky Brand sat in a room to brainstorm, there was a clear direction to the type of watches that would best represent the brand,” says Peter Cho, the creative director of Jack Mason. “Combining the strong brand identity of Lucky with the watch experience of the designers at Jack Mason led to a seamless collaboration and an extremely strong launch collection.”
Mixing Jack Mason’s authentic design with Lucky’s laid-back, rustic vibe should make for timeless watches with a touch of pizzazz. One of the 54 designs has a band that mimics the look of worn-in embroidered jeans, while another is a chic, all black sport watch. Or opt for the green brand that compliments the Lucky’s signature four-leaf clover.
There’s even a band that draws inspiration from the Hermés wrap bracelet, featuring a smaller face.
All these styles and more are set to launch in September. The collection will be available at select Macy’s, Dillard’s, Lord & Taylor, Lucky Brand stores and online.
