Reese Witherspoon Embraces Southlake — Popping Up With a Ray of Sunshine
Witherspoon's New Draper James Store to be Open For at Least a Year

We’ve got some exciting news from the Hello Sunshine founder and literal ray of sunshine herself, Reese Witherspoon: Draper James, the actress’s clothing boutique, is opening a pop-up location in Southlake this Sunday.
The fashion and lifestyle brand’s first standalone pop-up store in Dallas-Fort Worth will be at Southlake Town Square. It’ll be open for a whole year, until September 2020.
Draper James has had a presence in North Texas for three years now. The brand recently left Highland Park Village, but is still has a presence at Neighborhood Goods at Legacy West until November 14.
This new Draper James pop-up will feature the newest apparel, accessories and homeware including the best-selling and Southern charm-inspired dresses, wardrobe staples and accessories.
And also new, implemented over the past year, Draper James has launched extended sizing, swimwear and footwear.
When choosing a new location in Dallas, the brand actually geo-targeted the area and its customer. They found that the zip code that encompasses Southlake Town Square was one of their Top 20 best performing in the country for e-commerce sales and had one of the highest sales to person ratios.
That made it a perfect fit — with the data to match.
“We are intensely focused on serving our customers with amazing product as well as transactional convenience, and after analyzing the data for the grater DFW region, we found the zip code encompassing Southlake Town Square is one of the top in the nation on both an absolute dollar and population adjusted basis,” Draper James CEO Taylor Rettig says.
“We are excited to bring the full, in-person Draper James experience to such a concentrated audience of our fans and are also looking forward to the continued expansion of our retail footprint into additional markets in the near future.”
Anyway, we hope Reese Witherspoon shows up for the opening this Sunday, September 15.
