This spring, some of the most glamorous and architecturally significant homes in Dallas will fling open their doors for a private glimpse inside, all in benefit of some of the city’s most storied neighborhoods. Rebecca Sherman walks us through the tours you’ll want to mark on your calendar.

The Park Cities Historic and Preservation Society’s historic home tour, chaired by Tish Key, features four meticulously renovated houses, including a pristine 1930s Colonial-style abode on Greenbrier; a restored and cozy 1929 Tudor on Fairfax; a spectacular 1942 French eclectic on Westway; and an exquisite 1922 Greek Revival on Miramar.

The Turtle Creek Association’s Annual Tour of Homes helps preserve and protect the area’s 87 acres of greenways and parklands. This spring, there’s a spotlight on art-filled residences including high-rise condominiums in the Claridge and Park Towers, and single-family homes set along the prestigious boulevard. A separately ticketed, post-tour reception with drinks and hors d’oeuvres from chef Abraham Salum will be held at the home of Greg Pearl and Ashley Akin-Pearl on Stonebridge.
