Lakewood’s favorite gift and flower emporium, The T Shop, has settled into its new (and much larger) digs across the parking lot from its former location, and brims with shabby-chic luxuries. An expansive card wall stocks greetings from Rifle Paper Co. and Yellow Bird Paper; frills include Voluspa candles, Vartan cocktail napkins, stationery, jewelry and other trinkets; succulents and heaps of vibrant blooms abound; and an exposed loft area is primed with farm tables for private parties, catering, meetings, luncheons and workshops.
Lori Trent, whose husband is jeweler Matthew Trent, first opened the Dallas-area concept store six years ago. She recently brought on their daughter, Kiley Trent, to source new and unusual names and brands.
