PC Moment: The genius of modernist design in the high-mountain desert community of Marfa was celebrated in high style when the forces behind the design book gathered to chew over the the substance of creativity in this unexpected artfully minded community. Architect Carlos Jimenez and designer Barbara Hill joined in the talk with the book’s author Helen Thompson. The gathering was hosted by The Giorgetti Houston, Sudhoff Companies, Internum and PaperCity. Cocktails from Deep Eddy Vodka, wines from Domaine Bousquet, and taste treats from A Fare Extraordinaire provided fuel for the analytical discourse.
