Uncommon Ramen Uchibā Dallas
Monday, September 14
Uchibā Dallas returns with its Uncommon Ramen dinner this September, featuring a Vietnamese-inspired menu from guest chefs Joshua Zacharias and Brenda Perez of Shua (a Vietnamese fine dining pop-up). Sister restaurant of Uchi and on the second floor above the sushi restaurant, Uchibā is an izakaya-inspired cocktail bar. We especially love it for its happy hour, where you can order a nine-course omakase for $90. Previous Uncommon Ramen collaborators have included Aaron Franklin, Stephen Pyles, Tommy Lee, and more.
The menu will include:
- Thịt Heo Nướng Sả Ramen ($24)
- Nấm Xào Sả Ớt Veggie Ramen ($19)
- Tôm Nướng Skewer ($15)
- Kem Xoài Lá Dứa ($9)
- Okashi – Kem Xoài Lá Dứa ($9)
