Beloved Market and Sandwich Shop Set to Open Two New Texas Restaurants
A Win for Grab-and-Go
By Brooke Roberts //
One of our favorite grab-and-go spots is making big moves. Eatzi’s Market & Bakery — which has locations on Oak Lawn, Lovers Lane, in Grapevine and in Plano — will open its first Fort Worth location in University Park Village this May, and another in Preston Royal Village come October.
Both new eateries will offer Eatzi’s yummy custom sandwiches and salads, traditional grilled meats and seafood, sushi, and, of course, its famous cinnamon bread.

We love Eatzi’s because it masters the on-the-go meal. Simply pick the size of the container, and select whatever amount of pasta, meat, salad, cheese, and more that your heart desires. (With handmade quesadillas, vegetables, fresh fish, and more than 45 varieties of artisan breads and freshly baked sweets, it’s hard not to find what you’re looking for.) Plus, the wine and beer selection is unmatched.
“The shift towards the fast-casual dining trend is here to stay,” said Eatzi’s CEO Adam Romo. “Time is a luxury most of us don’t have, and consumers are increasingly searching for a quality, convenient meal solution rather than cooking at home or committing the time required to dine at a full-service restaurant.”
If you do have a few minutes to spare, you can also grab a table outside, or cozy up at a spot by the cafe that offers espresso, coffee, and pleasantly large cups of ice tea. Eatzi’s prepares classic breakfast, lunch, and dinner options fresh daily. Store hours are 7 am to 10 pm.
