A $32,000 Drink
50-Year-Old Malt Available at Houston Restaurant’s Once-in-a-Lifetime Dinner
By James Brock //
Have you ever wondered what a bottle of $32,000 single-malt Glenfiddich tastes like? Here’s your chance. Federal Grill has purchased a bottle of 50 Year Old and is hosting a once-in-a-lifetime dinner on Monday, November 9. Glenfiddich ambassador David Allardice will be on hand as host for the evening, which will include a multi-course meal paired with Glenfiddich singe malts.
“The Glenfiddich distillery was founded in 1886 and built by hand by the William Grant & Sons family. Today, it is one of few single-malt distilleries to remain entirely family-owned, and The Glenfiddich 50 Year Old is the crown jewel of their entire collection,” said Allardice.
