What: The Society for the Performing Arts Luncheon.

Where: The Hobby Center.

Who: Chairs Angie Hollaway, Julie Oliver, Karen Turner Smith, Kimberly Miller, and Amy Miller; honoree Chuck Davidson, receiving the Ann Sakowitz Performing Arts Advocate Award; guest speaker Laura Dern; SPA board chair Melanie Gray; SPA CEO and president June Christensen; keynote speaker Jordan Drum; Bruce Padilla, Gina Bhatia, and Katherine Murphy.

PC Moment: More than 300 guests basked in the sun spilling into the Hobby Center’s grand lobby to hear Academy Award-nominated actress Laura Dern speak in a moderated Q+A session for the annual luncheon, which stashed over $150,000 into the SPA’s coffers toward its educational outreach programs.

Home, chic home.
