What: Genesis Young Leaders Masquerade Ball
Where: The Empire Room
Who: Genesis CEO Jan Langbein and husband Steve; co-chairs Hillary and Aaron Murff and Beth and Marshall Smith; partygoers Whitney Zapffe, Liza Raynor, Betsy and Tyler Sorenson, Lauren and Tom Elsener, Robert Birdwell, Heather and Mark LeClair, Kristen Reed, Alejandra and Tyler Barbosa, Corey Blow, Sloan Milton, Kristen and Jeff Darnell, Andrea Earnhart, Eve Wiley, Meredith Beard, Whitney Zapffe, Liza Raynor, and Bianca Jackson
PC Moment: Pops of pink here and a feathery headdress there, the Genesis Young Leaders turned out in major style for the 3rd annual GYL Masquerade Ball presented by Kamela and Kenneth Aboussie, Stonelake Capital Partners and Texas Capital Bank. Thanks to Garden Gate Floral and Perch Event Décor, the event space had been magically transformed into a kaleidoscopic paradise — obviously painting the perfect backdrop for those donning their best glittery guise. The festive night exceeded all expectations, raising more than $165,000 for Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support, an organization providing safety, shelter and counseling to women affected by domestic violence.
