A Dazzling Dallas Home Goes to the Dogs (and Cats)

It’s All About Helping Homeless Animals

By Samantha Klaassen //

The home of Suzanna and David Palmlund was the venue, and earlier this month, patrons and friends of the SPCA of Texas gathered to celebrate the organization’s Fur Ball 2016, Shedding Light on Their Future.

Serenaded by pianist David Carpenter, guests sipped champagne as they chatted about the upcoming gala, set for Saturday, September 24. Speeches of appreciation were given by Fur Ball chair Phyllis Comu, as well as SPCA of Texas president and CEO James Bias, who spoke of the SPCA’s effort to address the issue of stray and homeless dogs in cats in South Dallas and thanked the patrons for making that work possible.
