A Musical Wine Dinner
Much-Anticipated Symphony Night Brings Out Rare Bottles and Good Food
By Sharon L. Taylor //
Spirits are always high at the Houston Symphony Wine Dinner & Collector’s Auction — one of the Symphony’s most celebrated events. Jackson and Company will prepare a delicious multi-course meal, paired with wines from Spec’s Wines, Spirits and Finer Foods (selected by chairs Viviana and David Denechaud and Christie and Billy McCartney, along with Lindy and John Rydman).
The Collector’s Wine Auction, overseen by auction chair Robert Weiner, proffers rare fine wines, oenophile-pleasing packages and spirits, all to support the Houston Symphony’s education and community programming. PaperCity serves as the media sponsor of this much-anticipated black-tie event.
