PC Moment: Dodging the fashion police, getting red-carpet ready and posing in the photo booth were de rigueur this evening. As the stylish crowd mixed and mingled over cocktails and scrumptious snacks from Mi Cocina, they waited in anticipation for the 2015 Rising Stars award winners to be announced: Lucy Dang, Brant McFarlain, Dr. Naila Malik, Brandon Lyon, Megan Thorne, Megan Thorne, Shayema Rahim, and Shona Gilbert.
