Roederer USA unveils their first annual Houston Truffle Chef of the Year Challenge benefitting the Les Dames D’Escoffier International Scholarship Program, which supports students in culinary arts via Le Notre Culinary Institute and Houston Art Institute Culinary Arts Program. Featuring top culinary talent from restaurants like Coppa Osteria, Table on Post Oak, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House and more, the chefs will compete in a truffle-inspired competition using fresh black truffles imported directly from Spain.
