What: M1 Ball
Where: InterContinental Dallas
PC Moment: Supporters of Mercury One, Inc., the nonprofit humanitarian organization, gathered at the InterContinental Dallas for dinner, an auction (featuring a 2016 Mercedes-Benz CLA250C), and live music by country singer Sara Evans.
Guests spoke about Mercury One’s record of hospitality and Glenn Beck delivered powerful remarks.
“I founded Mercury One to revolutionize the world in the same way that America’s space program altered our national destiny: by setting a goal and committing to reaching it, by knowing that the only limitations to achievement are those we place on ourselves, and by believing in the goodness and power of the individual,” Beck says. “You are the ‘one’ in Mercury One. Together, we can restore the human spirit to those suffering in crisis.”
The event was sponsored by Bubba’s Cooks Country, Babe’s Chicken Dinner House, Sweetie Pie’s Ribeyes, The Park Cities News and the Waters family.
