A Major Free Concert Moment For Houston
Chicago Hip-Hop Legend’s Just Part of This Eclectic Road Show
By Matthew Ramirez //
It started with humble beginnings as a local art show in Atlanta, and Art, Beats and Lyrics has now become a one-of-a-kind traveling “lifestyle experience.” Now in its 11th year, the multi-city tour presented by Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey roams the south across major cities like New Orleans, Miami, St. Louis, Charlotte, Birmingham and now Houston.
The Art, Beats and Lyrics event finds a unique niche combining a love of hip-hop with contemporary art — Houston’s show features artists Dubelyoo and Zack Murray, and includes performances from Chicago legend Twista as well as DJ Wally Sparks and Masego. 21+ RSVP for free entry.
