Michael Phelps Talks Baywatch Bikinis and Reveals his Future Plans in a $1.2 Million Texas Night

PC Moment: NFL Network chief correspondent Andrea Kremer tossed the softball, yet interesting, questions at Olympic legend Michael Phelps before an eager audience of 650. Phelps shared his joy at getting married and having a baby and talked about his future plans. As for those plans, earlier this week, he tweeted, “Pumped to be a member of Baywatch!! @therock put me through a bunch of tests and I passed!!! @baywatchmovie #BeBaywatch.”
Co-chaired by Shelley Barineau, Julie Bergen, Ned Torian and Kathy Zay, the event raised more than $1.2 million for Texas Children’s Cancer Center. Joining in the effort were honorary chairs Carmen and Butch Mach and Kelli and John Weinzierl.
The evening began with a touching start as Texas Children’s Cancer Center survivor Peyton Richardson lighted the torch to launch the proceedings and Texas Children’s Cancer Center survivor Christian Spear sang the National Anthem.
