PC Moment: While celebrating the 30th annual Pearl Ball , the black-tie evening also celebrated the 67th anniversary of the organization dedicated to providing nursing scholarships in an effort to grow the numbers of nurses dedicated to clinical care and to enhance nursing education and training. Foundation chairman Jason Fertitta provided a brief history of the organization which has become one of the largest private grantors of scholarships to Texas nursing students.
Chaired by long-time supporters Allison and Geoff Leach, the dinner evening raised more than $200,00 in support of the foundation’s scholarship program.
