PC Moment: The room was packed with 70 members from the Rat Pack and River Rats membership groups, all eyes peeled as the design for the Trinity River Park concept was revealed. The park is expected to span more than 285 acres near downtown Dallas. A model of the beautiful park is now on display for the public in the City Hall lobby.
