PC Moment: The annual red-carpet rollout brings Hollywood to Houston, benefitting a cache of causes — this year’s beneficiary was the Houston Bicycle Museum. After cocktails and star-gazing, VIPs were treated to an after-party at the historic Heights home of Bill Baldwin, with a performance by Austin-based Hogan & Moss.
