Ballerinas Do Fashion
This Tutu Chic Show is Anything But Just Another Runway
By Lisa Collins Shaddock //
It won’t just be visions of sugarplums dancing in guests’ heads at the annual Tutu Chic Fashion Show and Luncheon, but visions of featured designer Naeem Khan‘s decadent designs twirling, leaping, and strutting down the runway.
Stylish supporters will take in the performance, filled with fashion-forward looks from Stanley Korshak, from the venerable stage of the Winspear Opera House, turning the typical fashion show and luncheon format en pointe.
The highly anticipated event, chaired this year by Marybeth Conlon and Heather LeClair, serves as the primary fundraiser for Texas Ballet Theater. We can’t think of a better way to leap into the holiday season.
