Savor is a welcoming, glass-walled restaurant with a large covered patio at the edge of Dallas’ Klyde Warren Park. You should take a table on that patio and order the Lobster Puffs. While you wait, watch the people enjoying the park and sip your Rosé. When the puffs arrive, they’ll be hot, and although I wish mine had possessed a bit more crispiness, I will gladly repeat my order when next at Savor. Use your fingers, and be sure to indulge in some remoulade. The chives add a bit of green, and the Comté cheese and Maine lobster mixture will surely delight. Enjoy.
