The Golden Globes’ Best Dressed Winners
22 Jaw-Dropping Gowns (and Simone Biles’ Bold Move)
By Errin Maye //
It’s that time of year again, that’s right awards season. The 2017 Golden Globes, with host Jimmy Fallon, kicked it off Sunday night, bringing all the A-List movie and TV stars into one big room. And more importantly, onto one big red carpet.
That is where the real drama of the Golden Globes unfurls and this year was no exception (with apologies to Meryl Streep‘s starring speech).
First, everyone had their eyes on the soon-to-be It-girls of 2017, the Stallone sisters. Yes, Sylvester Stallone’s three stunning daughters — Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet — were chosen as Miss Golden Globe (and they all rocked on all black on the red carpet and during the ceremony).
We were also floored by Lily Collins‘ fairytale gown, Mandy Moore’s stellar low-cut gown, and newcomers such as Loving actress and January Vogue cover model Ruth Negga in futuristic silver.
From the cool newcomer, kids on the block cast of Stranger Things to society rebel Mr. Robot to multi-talented Atlanta creator Donald Glover all those hours binging on Netflix and Hulu definitely paid off at the Golden Globes.
Check out our picks for the Golden Globes’ best dressed in the photo slider above this story. And remember the season and the red-carpet competition is just beginning. Next, the SAG Awards, airing Jan. 29th.
