PaperCity Design Awards Last Call For Entries

It’s the final week for entering the PaperCity Design Awards. With the Wednesday, April 4, deadline looming, the panel of judges for the awards is awaiting their first look at entries.
Choose from 17 categories including residential design, office, retail, restaurant, gallery, historic preservation, landscape design, and furniture, textile, and product design, among other categories.
Judges include designers Miles Redd; Alex Papachristides; Ray Booth of the architecture and design firm McAlpine; Dara Caponigro, creative director of F. Schumacher & Co.; Joe Nahem of Nahem-Fox; and Gen and Benjamin Sohr, creators of the design development firm Pencil & Paper, based in Nashville.
The Awards event celebrating the winning entries is Monday, April 23, 6:30 pm, at the new Post Oak Hotel. The evening kicks off Texas Design Week Houston, which is April 23 through 27 (texasdesignweek.com). The PaperCity Design Awards recognizes outstanding designers regardless of professional affiliation, and winning entries will be published in the October 2018 PaperCity Home + Art issue, circulation 60,000, and online at papercitymag.com, with more than 400,000 unique visitors and four million-plus pageviews per month.
