It is the kind of upscale, unique development one would expect to find in San Francisco, Boston or Chicago. It is both high-end and cutting edge.
Only, you’ll find it in Frisco, Texas’ rising star. Not that it should be much of a surprise to anyone in North Texas. Frisco is the second fastest growing city in America, much more than just the new home of the Dallas Cowboys.
It is place tycoons and innovative thinkers call home — one with $5 billion worth of development underway. It is a place that needs something like The Corvalla.
This is rare project that blends the best of both single-story luxury homes and the lock-and-leave lifestyle typically only found in high-rises together into a luxury condominium development like few found anywhere. Better yet, The Corvalla located in the Stonebriar neighborhood of Frisco at 5250 Town & Country Boulevard, near the city’s buzzed-about $5 Billion Mile.
Award-winning developers Robert Elliott Custom Homes and Western Securities Limited are behind the multi-million dollar project, which is expected to be completed in late fall of 2018.
This high-end residential development will be the first of its kind in Frisco. The Corvalla will offer 121 single-story flats ranging from 1,700-square-feet to 3,000-square-feet in size.
Designed by architecture firm Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro in collaboration with Robert Elliott, the residences will have a sleek, modern look. All of the units will include high-end finishes, including walk-in closets, plentiful windows, and kitchens fitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.
“The Corvalla offers a fresh new design paired with highest quality construction,” developer Robert Elliott says. “We have merged the high-end, transitional single-family home with the lock-and-leave lifestyle to accommodate an immediate need in Frisco.”
A Whole New Lifestyle
Frisco has been wanting for upscale, centralized living options that don’t require the demanding upkeep of luxury homes. This one is dropping into just about the most desirable area it could.
The new Corvalla will be a stone’s throw away from hotspots like The Shops at Legacy, Legacy West and Stonebriar Centre — not to mention, only a few miles from the Dallas Cowboys’ new world headquarters at The Star.
The Corvalla aims to provide resort-style living in the heart of the expanding city — complete with an onsite concierge. The residences also come with a social membership to the Stonebriar Country Club, which is 100 yards away.
The property itself will boast spacious, manicured grounds with picturesque courtyards, architectural fountains, outdoor fire pits, bocce ball courts, and a sprawling pool complete with cabanas. It is like having a five-star resort’s amenities — available right outside your home.
In fact, The Corvalla’s grounds have been inspired by some of the world’s best resorts. Fittingly with that, Stonebrier Country Cub (and its two golf courses) is right next door. There is no need to drive to make your tee time.
Units start at $700,000 — which is something else you cannot get in a San Francisco, Boston or Chicago. This is Texas affordable luxury living.
Construction is already underway for the luxury community, but The Corvalla will celebrate its formal groundbreaking on September 8th at the Westin Stonebriar Hotel & Golf Club Frisco. For more information on attending the groundbreaking celebration, contact email@example.com.
The Westin is where The Corvalla’s new sales center is also located. Potential future residents can find everything from renderings of the property to home finishings selections on display here. Residences have already started to be reserved in anticipation of that 2018 opening.
It figures to be one of the hottest places in town. After all, it’s hard to find a community quite like this anywhere.
