PC Moment: Mini bottles of bubbly were popping left and right as the style set learned about Breakthrough Houston‘s most successful summer program ever and stocked up on fashions from the ’70s-inspired fall collection, knowing that 20 percent of the evening’s sales benefitted the education nonprofit that aids underserved, high-performing Houston youth.
