Mitch & Kimbell Wynne, Rima & Eric Lee
What: An opening reception for the Casanova: The Seduction of Europe exhibition
Where: The Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth
PC Moment: Patrons of the Kimbell were seduced by paintings, furnishings, porcelains, period costume, and other 18th century artifacts presented through the eyes of one of the period’s most influential individuals: Giacomo Casanova. While he is widely remembered for his amorous escapades, Casanova’s travels, adventures, and high-profile acquaintances (such as Catherine the Great) create a rich tapestry and the perfect lens through which to view this historic era.
The exhibit will remain open to the public until December 31, 2017. Tickets can be bought online here.
