Scenes from the 10th Annual Echelon Gala — A Disco-Themed Fete Filled With Dallas’ Next Generation Givers
Inside the June Event
By Maggie Miller //
On the 18th of June, a fabulous disco-themed bash celebrated the 10th annual Echelon Gala to raise funds for the Dallas chapter of The Salvation Army. For the past decade, the Echelon community has been dedicated to bettering the DFW area in fun and exciting ways. Whether it’s serving, socializing, or raising money, they remain focused on supporting the mission of The Salvation Army.
This particular gala was Echelon’s signature fundraising event to celebrate the dedicated service of The Salvation Army. Located at The Perot Museum of Nature and Science, gala attendees were greeted at the main entrance by an ornate balloon arch from Pony Up Dallas and exquisite floral arrangements curated by Garden Gate Floral Design. After dinner, guests made their way to the main floor (also designed by Garden Gate), where Disco Ninjas boogied their way around the dance floor.
The event raised over $50,000 for The Harbor Program at Carr P. Collins Social Service Center, the largest Salvation Army multi-use facility in North Texas and the only facility to provide such a vast array of resources under one roof. The program provides the community with support to victims of domestic violence and sex trafficking, to help them receive safety from abusive relationships.

The Echelon crew led by gala chairs — Talley Hodges, Bo Brinkmann, and Elizabeth Hunt — along with the Presidents of Echelon – Maria-Renee Morales and Will Vanderstraaten — pulled off a decadent gathering of young professionals.
PC Seen: Talley Hodges & Jane Scott Hodges were decked out in jewels from Bachendorf’s and gala chairs Elizabeth & Talley were both in shimmery dresses from Alice & Olivia in Highland Park Village.
