PC Moment: More than 325 guests packed the hotel ballroom for the evening that raised $450,000 for the non-profit that provides adaptive equipment and special services for children with multiple disabilities or profound deafness.
Former Houston Oilers quarterback Dan Pastorini and Pam Morse served as dinner chairs while Dot and Walt Cunningham held down duties as gala chairs. The evening honored Houstonians who are making a difference in children’s lives — Congressman Ted Poe, DePelchin Children’s Center president and CEO Jenifer Jarriel, the late Father T.J. Martinez who founded Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory, and the Insperity Four Amigos — Paul J. Sarvadi, Richard G. Rawson, A. Steve Arizpe and Jay E. Mincks.
