PC Moment: The screening of Honky Tonk Heaven: Legend of the Broken Spoke kicked off the 8th annual film fest in true Texas fashion with a lively Q&A session moderated by HCAF artistic director Richard Herskowitz with James and Annetta White, owners of the iconic Austin club. HCAF board chair Franci Neely welcomed the gathering including H-Town trendsetters, socialites and influentials.
Seen: Flimmakers Brenda Mitchell and Sam Wainwright Douglas; Lynn Wyatt, Diane Lokey Farb, Trish Rigdon, Neal Hamil, Alecia Harris, Cynthia Neely, , Alex Brennan-Martin and wife Robin, Johnny So and Claire Sewell, Pat Breen, Sima Ladjevardian, Garrett and Krystal Thompson, and country artist Dale Watson, who starred in the film and closed out the night with several of his tunes.
