PC Moment: Lovers of the Yuletide season and great interior design alike fêted the 75th anniversary of Houston’s oldest home tour, sipping champagne and admiring the efforts of the top local florists who spared no expense decorating the four homes in the toniest neighborhoods in town: River Oaks and Tanglewood.
