PC Moment: West Ave was blessed with gorgeous seasonal weather as more than 200 shoppers enjoyed the River Oaks outdoor retail and dining block to the sounds of DJ Senega, who set up shop on the second floor. Wine and liquor from Bayou Rum flowed as guests enjoyed bites from Cru Wine Bar and Del Frisco’s while shopping inspired fall looks from West Ave hallmark Tootsies.
