What: This is It: a cocktail party benefitting graduate art scholarships for University of Houston School of Art.
Where: UH Fine Arts Building Courtyard and The Blaffer Art Museum.
Who: Chairs Annie and Campbell Eifler and Sydney and Robert Eifler; School of Art director Rex Koontz; president of the Joan Hohlt and J. Roger Wich Foundation Paul Brockman; underwriters Jereann Chaney, Krista Dumas, and Susie and Sanford Criner; artists/students Daniela Antelo, Caroline Sharpless, Evan Lee, and Jason Wheeler.
PC Moment: Robert and Campbell applauded their mother and recent graduate of the program Jane Eifler (who attended with husband Gus Eifler) for encouraging their involvement with the school. Director Koontz announced the largest single endowment gift to the school: the Joan Hohlt Wich Fellowship Endowment, which will add $500,000 in endowed graduate scholarship funding.
