Knitted Splendors: We are smitten with the conceptually smart work of Brazilian/Pompidou-exhibited Ana Maria Tavares: Art Works and Projects, showcased in “Euryale Amazonica,” at Sicardi Gallery. Tavares conjures micro worlds and miniature pieces of architecture from humble, lacy and intricate needlework (through December 20).
