Hip Fast-Casual Restaurant Chain Roars Into Dallas
Clean Food and a Major Fashion Tie
By Karlie Morris //
Healthy grab-and-go items abound at fast-casual joint Freshii, now open in the burgeoning Victory Park district. An original in the clean-food movement, Freshii got quite the fashionable start: Founder Matthew Corrin developed the business in the early 2000s while working in PR and marketing for Oscar de la Renta.
Freshii offers a customizable menu of more than 70 nutritious ingredients, plus salad dressings made in-house daily. Victory Park is the fourth Dallas location, with the restaurant poised for a global takeover: It will soon open in Austria, Costa Rica, Sweden, Mexico, Ireland, Netherlands and more major countries around the world.
