Every October, Saks Fifth Avenue holds a weekend-long shopping benefit to aid the fight against women’s cancer. To date, $40 million has been raised. This year, Saks joins forces with Stand Up to Cancer and the Entertainment Industry Foundation for the 2016 Key To The Cure campaign.
The event kicks off on Wednesday, October 26, at Saks Fifth Avenue’s new Galleria flagship store, with a cocktail party fashion, makeup demonstrations, and live entertainment. Chairs Jo Lynn Falgout and daughters Christine Falgout and Kimberly Falgout preside over the lively soirée, which benefits Breast Care Centers at Memorial Hermann.
PaperCity again steps up as media sponsor for the kickoff and the entire weekend. Thursday through Sunday, October 27 through 30, show your support and shop for the cause while raising funds for cancer research and treatment. Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry serves as campaign ambassador, wearing the limited edition T-shirt by iconic shoe designer Christian Louboutin. The tee is available exclusively in-store and online this month, when all proceeds from the $35 tee go directly to the cause.
