PC Moment: Members of the Council of Fashion Designers of America‘s {Fashion Incubator} business development program graced Dallas with their presence on a legendary November night at the W Dallas. The fun and fashionable crowd enjoyed delicious cocktails, mingled with designers and style influencers, and perused pop-up shops of the fabulous work. The cherry on top of the night was an electrifying 15-look runway show encompassing every designer’s collection.
