A few days before Mother’s Day, Bird Bakery‘s mama bird Elizabeth Chambers Hammer hosted Dallas mothers, their tots, and friends at the Goop boutique in Highland Park Village.

The occasion? Decorating delicious Bird sugar cookies and indulging in yummy breakfast goodies.

Guests included Cannon Lewis, Michelle Hunt, Brooke Roberson, Morgan Hunt, Amy Havins, and Hannah Hairston — who all kept a close eye on their littles as they sat at Goop’s Cointreau margarita bar (sans margaritas, of course), perfecting their cookie masterpieces.

Those who RSVP’d to the morning party also received sweet ensembles for their kiddos from Janie and Jack.

Goop, which opened in mid-April for a limited run, offers its coveted private-label skincare, apparel, wellness, and fragrance, plus a curated selection of non-Goop products from May Lindstrom, Vintner’s Daughter, and Mono Juice.

There are also kitchen wares, Gwyneth Paltrow‘s cookbooks, gifts for kids (we’re obsessed with this camera), and, of course, the aforementioned Cointreau margarita bar serving up creative and refreshing cocktails.

The Goop pop-up closes on Sunday, June 3, but a visit to Bird Bakery is always in order whether for a lunchtime outing or to satisfy a sweet tooth with mini cupcakes, cookies, or Chambers Hammer’s famous lemon bars.
