Origins senior vice president Stéphane De La Faverie cut the ribbon to open the newly remodeled Origins retail space in the Galleria on October 23. It’s the first Origins store in the nation to feature a concept the company says is designed for discovery and customer satisfaction. Customers can now receive a one-on-one consultation from Origin guides — one aspect of the brand’s “new” approach.
“The concept has always been there, so it’s not entirely new,” De La Faverie says. “However, I do think that because we are celebrating 25 years, we are honoring the concept.” De La Faverie adds that social media has brought the company extremely close to its clients, allowing officials to hear customer demands and act upon requests in a rapid manner.
Sean and Catherine Lowe made a special appearance at the Origins event, greeting customers and discussing their admiration for the beauty brand. The couple is known not only for their time on The Bachelor, but also for maintaining a healthy and positive lifestyle. Catherine says that she especially likes Origins’ Clean Energy cleansing oil, while Sean notes that he uses the Clear Improvement Active Charcoal mask.
